Mendocino bolo tie

Mendocino, California sits on the edge of a cliff above the Pacific — stunning, dramatic, and absolutely freezing. Charlotte stumbled onto its beaches on a road trip with her husband, two big kids hunting for pirate treasure, and found something she wasn't expecting: abalone. Everywhere. Bigger than she'd ever seen, with colors so rich and vibrant they didn't look real. Iridescent greens and blues and pinks that shift with every angle of light, built by a living creature over years inside the cold California water.

She came home and made this.

The Mendocino Bolo Tie is a collision of two worlds — the wild west and the deep ocean. A natural abalone centerpiece set in 14k white gold with an AAA Akoya pearl, finished on a 24" chain. It's a statement piece that doesn't fit neatly into any category, which is exactly the point. Wear it with a blazer. Wear it with a flannel.
