Every piece at LaRue & Co. is handmade to order by Charlotte herself — so please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order ships. Good things take time, and yours is worth it.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Don't see it? Check your junk mail first, then reach out to us at larueandcollc@gmail.com.

Need it faster? Reach out to us directly and we'll do our best to make it happen, or check our Ready to Ship section for pieces that can go out sooner.

Please note: Once your order is in the hands of the post office, delays or lost packages are outside of our control. If this happens, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number. All delivery timeframes are from the date of shipment.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Discount codes are not subject to this rule.
