Returns

Returns must be sent to 57 Crown St. #B, Kingston, NY 12401 within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original, unworn condition — free of scratches, marks, and in original packaging. Returns outside this window will not be accepted. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing once we receive your return. Refunds go back to the original payment method and we'll notify you by email when it's done.

Please be careful when trying on your pieces — any marks or signs of wear may affect your return eligibility.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 4 days of purchase. Because everything is made to order by human hands, cancellations after this window cannot be accepted. To cancel, email larueandcollc@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to cancel, and the reason for cancellation.

Exchanges

Want to swap something? Reach out to us directly at larueandcollc@gmail.com with your name, order number, what you ordered, and what you'd like instead. Exchanges are valid for items of equal or lesser value in original unworn condition and original packaging. Solid gold pieces may vary in price depending on sizing — we'll work it out with you on a case by case basis.

Please note: Custom pieces and apothecary items (candles, bath bombs, etc.) are not eligible for exchange due to the nature of the creative process.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
